- What is pleather?
Pleather is a synthetic material made from PU or Polyurethane that is frequently used in vegan shoes. It's waterproof but not breathable. - How do you measure heel height?
Heel height is measured from the inside of the heel (i.e. not the outward facing part of the heel) where the heel meets the floor, up to the base of the shoe. This is important - the measurement along the outside of the heel can be palpably different. - What if my shoes don't fit?
We have a great return policy - you can read about it here. Return your shoes in good condition within 21 days, and we'll refund or exchange as per our exchange policy. - Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship to most European destinations, and Australasia - if you don't see your country listed in the shopping cart - drop us a line requesting inclusion. Remember the dollar's weak - meaning if you live outside the US, you can buy more with your currency (pound, Canadian dollar etc.) - Can I send you guys a check?

These boots are GORGEOUS! The shape and style are just perfect. I have them in brown (no longer listed) and although I can't speak for the patent varieties, the brown ones are the best imitation leather I've seen. One small criticism, they're quite narrow in the leg and the size 7s are quite a tight fit on my 14" calves, but hey, they're so damn gorgeous I've finally embarked on that diet I've been putting off!
