- What is the vamp?
The vamp is the front part of the shoe that covers the toes and the top of the foot. - What is a pedbed?
A pedbed is the (usually) soft cushiony lining at the bottom of the shoe - the part your that the bottom of your foot rests on - also known as the footbed. - What is pleather?
Pleather is a synthetic material made from PU or Polyurethane that is frequently used in vegan shoes. It's waterproof but not breathable. - What if my shoes don't fit?
We have a great return policy - you can read about it here. Return your shoes in good condition within 21 days, and we'll refund or exchange as per our exchange policy. - Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship to most European destinations, and Australasia - if you don't see your country listed in the shopping cart - drop us a line requesting inclusion. Remember the dollar's weak - meaning if you live outside the US, you can buy more with your currency (pound, Canadian dollar etc.) - Can I send you guys a check?
